thanks for putting the word out there. i never knew there was a fee, i guess its different in some places. I recieved a bone marrow transplant that saved my life in 2006 at the age of 23. Ive met my donor and we get along really well. i dont know what i wouldve done without him. because of him, im finally heathy again. my donor donated with his whole school and so far 7 people have been called to donate.

Welcome to swap-bot.

Like everything in life its a risk to swap but so far the benefits are out weighting the negatives - if that ever changes I would stop swapping.

Thanks for commenting on my blog.

I HEART SwapBot too. In fact I'm reading your blog as part of a swap we are in: I Love Your Blog swap.
I am having fun reading your blog. I enjoy quilting too, but don't do it exclusively yet. I'm still practicing the bias bordering. Ugh! I can sew the front, batting, backing and add embellies, but the borders, the final touches-the LAST part of the quilt kills me! But I'm practing :O).
I HEART your dmc floss mosaic! Aren't they a lotta fun? *lol*

You've got a lot of neat links- I"ve bookmarked you and will come back later to blurf (blog surf) some more.
I'm visiting your blog from the Swap Bot swap!
I enjoyed reading your blog!
Have a fab weekend!

i got burned one too many times by partners on swapbot. i signed up maybe two years ago and had a lot of fun with some fabulous and generous swap partners but then all of the sudden people totally flaked out. perhaps i will have a poke around swapbot now. my bad luck is not swapbot's fault. i just have a tendency to give, give, give and when i receive nothing at all back it makes me extra sad. feel sorrier for me. just kidding! i hope you have much luck and fun trading with some gorgeous crafters around the world!
